India Meets Norway in Offshore Wind🌊💨 Last week we welcomed a delegation from India’s Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, India`s ambassador to Norway and with leaders from Reliance Industries Limited and Avaada Group, to discuss offshore wind potential in India. We shared insights on Odfjell Oceanwind's projects, solutions and approach to floating offshore wind, including how we leverage our legacy from Odfjell Drilling`s experience in operating floating drilling units in the harsh environments of the North Sea for over 50 years. Visit from Japan🤩 Last week CFO and Deputy CEO Eirik Knudsen, VP operations Håkon Hernes and CTO in Odfjell Drilling Håkon Klepsvik, had the pleasure of welcoming CEO & President of Mitsui O.S.K. 📣The Norwegian Ministry of Energy approves the environmental impact program (EIA) for GoliatVIND!🎉 This important milestone ticks another box towards realisation of the #GoliatVIND floating offshore wind demonstration project. CEO Per Lund says: “This project showcases Odfjell Oceanwind’s full capabilities in floating offshore wind (FOW) where we, in addition to being a shareholder in the project, provide 💨 the Deepsea Star™ FOW technology 💨EPCI management services 💨project development services   As part of the EPCI management scope, we are well on our way towards establishing a complete supply chain to deploy the #DeepseaStar™ technology on FOW projects.
