Om oss

Our company name, Pletly, was inspired by the English word 'completely,' which perfectly captures our vision for providing comprehensive care coordination solutions. Pletly is empowering caregivers and improving the quality of care for elderly, people with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities through improved communication, collaboration, and access to support. At Pletly, we are driven by a shared passion for empowering caregivers and improving the quality of care for individuals with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our founding team is no exception, with each member bringing a unique blend of personal and professional experience to the project. With a collective vision for revolutionizing the care industry, we are committed to achieving Pletly's goal of becoming the leading care collaboration platform globally and fulfill our mission to empower caregivers and improve the quality of life for recipients of care. Based on our own experiences as a company founded by parents of children with special needs and neurodiverse team members, we believe the main reasons behind many of the problems experienced today stem from the lack of communication, ineffective collaboration, and gap between all circles of care. Pletly ́s mission is to bridge the gap between the circles of care and enable the quality of care that all humans deserve, regardless of social economic level or how demanding their needs are. While at the same time improving the quality of life for both family- and professional caregivers.

Co-Founder at Pletly with a passion for making an impact through innovation and technology

EmpathyTech Philadelphia was a tremendous success, and it was only made possible through the amazing collaboration between Pletly (Jeanine Mathisen , Tommy Trøen , Frode W. Kjersem , Thor Næss , Geir Landsgard ) and NewCourtland (Alison Corter , Joe Duffey , Karen Krissinger ). I feel incredibly lucky to have a team at Pletly who not only believes in my crazy ideas but also gives their all to turn them into reality. It’s humbling and inspiring to be a part of this team. The contributions from NewCourtland and their team truly took everything to the next level. I can’t put into words how grateful I am — and how grateful the entire Pletly team is — for their wholehearted commitment to making this event a reality. This success is a testament to the power of collaboration, shared values, and believing in missions greater than ourselves. Here’s to empathy and innovation driven by heart and purpose. Thank you to everyone who made this possible. ❤️💪🏼🇺🇸🇳🇴
