Today I got a fantastic surprise when visiting a long-time customer, Godt Brød! We met “Tirill”, GodtBrøds own onboarding chatbot powered by Preppio. Marianne Børhaug has worked on the «Tiril» onboarding experience, and showed us the results ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Who is Tirill? Tirill is an Onboarding chatbot that helps new hires, hiring managers and HR: Preboarding with SMS and web app to the bakery employees and Gen Z workforce: 👉 Gather information from new hires like uniform size 👉 Automatically order name tags from their vendor without any work for HR or Managers 👉 Give people an intro to the culture, values and start the learning journey before day one Workplace by Meta chatbot: 👉 Tirill sends messages to managers and ensures all hiring managers follow the onboarding process and create a great first day and weeks on the job 👉 Send messages to new hires with information to get them ramped up faster and a consistent experience across all locations. 👉 Gathers information and surveys (at onboarding and offboarding) that the HR team at Godt Brød uses to reduce turnover and improve engagement and culture.
