Om oss
ResC4EU is a collaboration project and initiative funded by the European Union with 3 million Euros. It aims to support EU businesses, particularly Small and Medium sized enterprises (SMEs), in becoming more resilient and sustainable and be able to quickly adapt to supply chain disruptions such as experienced during COVID-19 crisis, geopolitical tensions or disasters (e.g. Suez Channel closure, floodings, strikes) by implementing Advanced Technologies. ResC4EU will provide an open space for collaboration facilitated by industry associations and clusters, develop and provide digital tools that can assist SMEs in detecting and anticipating disruptions in their supply chains, and offering SMEs tailored support and training programmes. Further, manufacturing SMEs in need of implementing advanced technologies will be brought together with tech-savvy SMEs providing innovative solutions. EU disclaimer: Funded by the European Union. 🎯 Final Event of the AMULET H2020 project❗️ We want to go back to the final event that was held from October 16-17, 2024 during the 13th International Trade Fair for Composite Materials KOMPOZYT-EXPO®. For us, it was an intensive time which was marked by fruitful discussions, exchange of experiences and networking with other EU projects like consortium partners from ResC4EU that were present during the fair. It was also a unique occasion to talk with representatives from several other EU projects dedicated to supporting SMEs - such as GreenOffshoreTech and Project IDEALIST - who were also present in Krakow. Alle Infos zum Projekt ➡️ unter www.resc4eu.com Disclaimer: Funded by the European Union. The event featured collaborative meetings, engaging activities, and a warm embrace of Polish hospitality, all expertly orchestrated by the Polish Cluster for Composites Technologies (PKTK). Special thanks to Andrzej Czulak, Marta Czulak, and their dedicated team for their outstanding efforts in making this event a success. On Day 3, the ResC4EU Consortium participated the second day of the KOMPOZYT-EXPO®, the 13th International Trade Fair for Composite Materials, Technologies, and Products, held from October 16-17, 2024. The second day of the exhibition (Day 3 of the event) was dedicated to networking with other EU Projects and visiting the exhibition. It was a unique occasion, as alongside ResC4EU, several other EU projects dedicated to supporting SMEs - such as GreenOffshoreTech, AMULET H2020 and Project IDEALIST - were also present in Krakow. All projects received excellent support from the exhibition team, further enhancing the collaborative and international spirit of EU projects. Throughout Day 3, attendees visited various booths, engaging with SMEs and global players in the carbon fibre and composite industries. ResC4EU Consortium members also participated in a productive meeting with KCarbon (Korea Carbon Industry Promotion Agency) and other key industry leaders, discussing potential joint activities and opportunities for collaboration. Special thanks to Maxime EZEQUEL from the Idealist EU project for the fruitful exchange that identified new opportunities for cooperation between ResC4EU and Idealist. Looking ahead, both projects have a promising joint opportunity at the JEC World 2025 in Paris. JEC World 2025 is the ultimate destination for the global composites industry, offering a dynamic mix of product launches, awards ceremonies, startup competitions, conferences, live demonstrations, Innovation Planets, and invaluable networking opportunities. Last week, the ResC4EU Consortium met in Krakow, Poland, for a 3-day event, 15-17 October 2024, full of meetings, activities and enjoying Polish hospitality organised by the Polish Cluster for Composites Technologies (PKTK) - a very special "thank you" to Andrzej Czulak and Marta Czulak and their team. The Consortium had a very special evening and get-to-gather dinner at the "Tawerna Wilczy Dół" restaurant in the historic old town of Krakow gathering all project partners from Austria, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Norway, Poland and Spain and experiencing traditional Polish food on the evening before. The tavern has an amazing atmosphere inspired by "The Witcher" movie with different theme rooms. We were in the throne room and some of us tried to sit on the throne … On Day 1, the ResC4EU Consortium held its General Assembly (GA) at the historic building of the Łukasiewicz - Institute of Ceramics and Building Materials in Krakow. This was a long meeting day, where current achievements and next steps of our ResC4EU project were discussed - always in the light how to provide best support for SMEs. Therefore, the demonstration of traditional Polish glassmaking craftsmanship, by the staff of the Łukasiewicz Institute, was a welcome lunch break. At the end of the day, there was an opportunity to visit the historically significant Oskar Schindler’s Enamel Factory, widely known from the film "Schindler's List". The visit was a clear reminder to all of us, working on an EU Project funded by the European Commission, of the core values the EU stands for and its origins as a peace project.
