Brandon Myers
Brandon Myers is the Head of Research at Novi Labs, leveraging his background in Equities research at Peters & Co. Brandon was drawn to Novi by its unmatched data quality and cutting-edge analytics. His role involves being at the forefront of recognizing trends in data with implications for energy finance and geopolitics.
Brett Sinclair
Brett Sinclair is a Principal Analyst at Novi Labs. Before joining Novi, he spent 10 years at Kimmeridge Energy in various roles across the Operations and Investment teams. During his tenure at Kimmeridge, Brett conducted analysis and research from technical, operational, and investment perspectives, leading a team of oil and gas professionals in directly managing portfolio assets.
Prior to Kimmeridge, Brett worked as a Directional Driller for Baker Hughes, gaining experience in the U.S. Lower 48, the Alaskan North Slope, and Saudi Arabia. At Novi Labs, he leverages the company’s data and analytics platform to generate actionable insights that bridge technical expertise with strategic and investment implications.
Kiran Sathaye
Kiran Sathaye is a Solutions Consultant at Novi, where he helps operators and investment firms leverage data analytics and machine learning to enhance investment decisions for asset acquisitions and unconventional well pad development.
Previously, he worked as a data scientist and engineer at Novi, Meta (formerly Facebook), and Snapchat. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Geophysics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Ph.D. from the University of Texas.
