It’s a reminder that emergency situations can be so overwhelming that even the best intentions can be rendered ineffective. Emergency Response Times: Despite being within the boundary of Tribhuwan International Airport, it took nearly 20 minutes for firefighting teams to reach the scene. This delay, compounded by traffic and road conditions, raises concerns about how response times can affect outcomes in critical situations. 3.
