We are searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lending Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the rock behind our successful mortgage advisers, ensuring they have everything they need to deliver exceptional service to our clients.   What you'll do: > Become the go-to person: Assist our mortgage advisers with all aspects of the loan process, from initial application to final approval. > Master the details: Know the credit policies, process loans end to end, manage documentation, and ensure everything is accurate and compliant. > Keep things moving: Stay on top of deadlines, prioritise tasks, and proactively identify any potential roadblocks. > Be a team player: Collaborate effectively with our advisers, clients, lenders and other stakeholders. > Stay sharp: Keep up-to-date on industry regulations, policiy changes and best practices.   Who you are: > You have at least 2 years of experience in the mortgage/banking industry, or a similar customer service role. > You're a whiz with organisation and time management, keeping track of multiple tasks with ease. > You're comfortable with technology and familiarity with NZFSG MyCRM would be advantageous. > You have excellent communication skills and can build rapport with a diverse group of people. > You're a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. > You have a keen eye for detail and ensure accuracy in everything you do. > You’re excited to work in an office in Takapuna with the flexibility for hybrid home and office work.   Why join us: > Competitive salary. > Be part of a dynamic and growing company with a collaborative spirit. > Make a real difference by helping people achieve their dream of home ownership. > Enjoy opportunities for professional development and career growth.   Ready to make your mark?
