A big congratulations to JACK CANHAM who came second place at the BOP Young Grower Competition!   After a day of practical activities ranging from grafting a tomato plant, driving a tractor, through to an accounting module to name a few, Jack then had to present a speech about "How can Gen Z values unlock new levels of profitability in the horticulture industry?" to an audience of 380 people at the Gala Dinner. Jack outright won 4 of the 10 modules taking home some great prizes.
