Homebase Stage 1 Extension The AW team getting it done again - 6 weeks from breaking ground, Precast walls advancing with Structural steel underway working towards the placement of the floor slab that will provide over 4000m2 of retail space for our client. St Andrew's College - Ngā Toi Performing Arts Centre including the Gough Family Theatre opened on Sunday with the spectacular student performance, Legally Blonde. Designed by Wilkie+Bruce Architects, Holmes Structural and Powell Fenwick Consultants. Armitage Williams are honored to deliver this high end, state of art facility for St Andrew's, it will enable further excellence for the College in the performing arts space. Redwood Retirement Village in Blenheim grand opening. We are extremely proud to partner with Oceania Healthcare providing construction services on their aged care projects. The Redwood facility has 55 rooms over 4300m2 and our team have delivered to a very high standard.
