AT is thrilled to have AA Insurance NZ sign up to a six-month trial of the Fareshare programme, subsidising employee public transport by 50% to support their team to travel into the office and help reduce emissions. We hosted activation sessions at AA Insurance’s Auckland office where we helped chipper employees sign up to the subsidy and the Travelwise team got to chat to them about how they move and share tips and journey planning advice. We’re excited to see what impact this trial has on employee commuting and emission reductions. Merry commuting!

Today we're celebrating International Day of People with Disabilities with the launch of our Hidden Disabilities Sunflower - Australia & New Zealand programme. Our Customer Service staff will now be on hand at the following stations to support any rail customers who are part of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower programme: · Waitematā (Britomart) and Newmarket when stations are open · Ōtāhuhu Monday to Friday · Papakura 6am to 10am, Monday to Friday · New Lynn 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, and · Panmure 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. You can check them out the locations here: https://lnkd.in/gptCyxvv. Not all disabilities are obvious and AOR is working hard to make rail journeys more inclusive for everyone, by providing reassurance and support along the way. This programme enables our customers with a Sunflower lanyard or badge travelling through train stations to indicate to our staff that they may need some help or a little more time. Thanks to the Sunflower team for making this a reality: Sandee Facy, Paul Power and Sharon Wright (3rd from left, below), who is visiting NZ from Melbourne and met our team at Waitematā Station! Thanks also to our Customer Experience Development Manager Andrew Barker who had the vision of the benefits of this programme and took our Customer Service team through the training. Congrats to all involved! #sunflower #hiddendisabilities #metrotrains #tamakimakaurau #customerservice
