General Manager, Workforce Development and Support The General Manager, Workforce Development and Support is a newly created leadership role that sits on Audit New Zealand’s executive leadership team and is based in Wellington. As outlined in the Auditor-General’s strategic intentions to 2028, there is an ongoing global shortage of auditors, and fewer people studying accountancy-related subjects in New Zealand universities. In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with the General Manager Audit Services and the Director, People and Capability to understand, plan for, and implement capacity and capability needs to ensure that Audit New Zealand can sustainably deliver quality audits.
