I recently watched a fantastic webinar that I highly recommend for anyone in the field of Contractor Safety Management. Sue Bottrell shares some insights that resonated strongly with my experience. She doesn't hold back, even calling out one business practice as "bullsh*t" at one point! The primary topic is pre-qualification—why we do it and what it's for—but it also touches on onboarding, verification, and performance review.
