Last week, we gathered with our build partners to bless our Glenview site, marking the completion of 24 new apartments. These homes are more than just buildings; they’re a place for local families to thrive, creating a healthier and stronger community. This project has been a journey of dedication and heart, and we’re immensely proud to see it come to life. At Elaman, it’s always about the people - creating spaces where they can feel proud, supported, and at home. He tāngata, he tāngata, he tāngata. It is people, it is people, it is people.⁠

We’re near completion at our Glenview project, with the final touches and landscaping going in this week. ⁠ ⁠ These 24 apartments will soon be ready to offer a healthy and affordable space for the Glenview community!

15 apartments underway on Zion Road, Birkenhead. We’re moving forward to the next phase of our project after precast stair and panel installation. It’s awesome to see this development progressing quickly and taking shape.

Another milestone ticked off this week at our Birkenhead site, completing precast panel and stairs installation. This stage of the project reveals the true scale of the build. We’re excited to share more of the journey!
