The service we provide aged residential care facilities is changing. Our virtual nurses (who provided a critical service during COVID-19) are no longer in as much demand as aged care facilities return to pre-covid staffing and conditions. But our acute care team will continue to partner with and support aged care providers. Throughout August we conducted a patient engagement survey (general public patients only; the survey did not include those patients channeled to us through healthcare partners).
