Meet Rochelle M. – Airline Accounts Manager at Global Travel Network With over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, Rochelle Meharry is an invaluable member of the Global Travel Network NZ team. As our Airline Accounts Manager, Rochelle brings unmatched expertise and a meticulous approach to managing complex airline account processes. Her role is multifaceted, encompassing BSP Reconciliation, processing refunds via various GDS platforms or directly with airlines, and expertly handling ADMs and ACMs. Her ability to navigate these intricate tasks ensures seamless operations and accurate account management for our partners and clients. Rochelle's career began at BSP NZ in Auckland, where she built a strong foundation in airline processes and industry systems. Over the years, her skills have expanded to include fares, ticketing, account management, and travel technology, making her an all-round expert in the field.
