"It's amazing to have people who believe in you, but it’s also scary — what happens if you don’t meet their expectations?" What an inspiring way to launch our community, starting with real and vulnerable conversations. At HELMET, we understand how challenging it is to be a founder. No matter your age, gender, or background, we all share the same fears — the fear of 'failing.' Not just as business leaders, but also the fear of letting down our families, our teams, and ourselves. We are so grateful to everyone who joined our very first session. We hope you found ‘your tribe’ — a space where you feel supported and understood.
