Join us as a Team Leader in our artisan cheesery where you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality and sustainability in every batch of Hōhepa’s artisanal dairy products, while leading and fostering a supportive and skilled team environment. You’ll be joining a close knit cheesery team who work together with the people we support to create some of the best, award-winning nationally and internationally celebrated biodynamic and organic dairy products. We’re looking for someone with experience in cheese production, strong leadership skills, and a creative eye for detail. As we face the challenges of coastal flooding at our Clive location, we are excited to share that we are relocating our residential services to Poraiti, where we are building new homes designed for sustainable care and improved facilities. Thanks to your support, we've already made great strides, relocating over 40 individuals and have completed new buildings: three townhouses in Taradale, an 8-bed specialised elder care home, a 4-bed house, and a 3-bed Lockwood house—all in Poraiti. This initiative is a vital step in supporting some of our most vulnerable community members.
