And, Kunal’s work transforming Trical’s factory since he became Production Manager, has resulted in increased staff engagement, reduced SLOB, stock reduction, lead time reduction, and standardisation. This week we had the privilege of welcoming senior leaders from Legrand in France. This achievement is part of our broader commitment to a circular economy, and it’s just the beginning. Many of our locally manufactured products are currently undergoing rigorous testing to transition to recycled materials.
