We would love to give a big shout out to Amazon Web Services (AWS) & Canterbury Tech for this ABSOLUTELY EPIC INITIATIVE ! ! ! This support has given so much to the Ōtautahi tech landscape that it would be impossible to measure the impact. It has been the life blood to re-engage so many events, spawn new ideas, spark deep discussions on complex topics, and form hundreds of new in person connections. Canterbury is well on it's way to be the tech capital of NZ. Without kick ass corporate sponsors like AWS and the gorgeously selfless humans from Canterbury Tech doing things like this we wouldn't have been able to host over 150 events in our first 11 months.
