The Sands. This development was the first stage of the new Sands Town Centre in Papamoa Beach. We were engaged as ECI Contractor to work alongside Bluehaven Group to develop a comprehensive and effective construction plan to deliver the New World supermarket for Foodstuffs North Island Limited and multi-use retail block concurrently. In addition to this, we completed the high-quality fitout's of New World, Anytime Fitness, GLO Laser & Aesthetics and Ali Baba's House.   The Sands was officially opened on Tuesday 5th November and it has been fantastic to see the community benefit this development has delivered. At 5am this morning, Te Ramanui o Ruapūtahanga was blessed before officially opening to the public at 1pm. We are very proud of this new community facility for South Taranaki District Council, spanning 1605m2 on the corner of High and Regent Streets. Congratulations to Trevor Griffin, Craig Slattery and the wider project team who successfully delivered this project alongside our project partners, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
