🚀 If you haven't checked it out yet, MyWork in Monday.com is a feature that provides a high level overview of all the tasks and due dates coming up in multiple Boards 🚀 KEY FEATURES + Centralized Task Management: My Work consolidates all your tasks from different boards into one view, making it easier to prioritize and manage your workload. + Customizable Views: You can switch between different views (like Kanban, Gantt, or Calendar) to visualize your tasks in a way that suits your workflow best. + Deadline Tracking: Stay on top of your deadlines with clear visibility on due dates, helping you manage your time effectively. Notifications and Updates: Receive real-time notifications for updates on tasks, ensuring you never miss important changes or deadlines. + Collaboration Tools: Easily collaborate with team members by tagging them in updates and comments, fostering better communication. LIMITATIONS + Limited Customization: there are only a few Columns available in MyWork and you cannot create additional Board Views or in fact display in anything other than a spreadsheet style Table View. + Limited Customization: Some users may find the customization options for task views to be somewhat limited compared to other project management tools. + No Workload functionality: because you can't add a Workload View or even a Numbers Column (to reflect minutes or days for example), although you can get a high level view of your work, you can't monitor or manage your workload. CONCLUSION Overall, My Work in Monday.com is a fantastic feature for enhancing personal productivity and streamlining task management. However, it’s essential to be aware of its limitations to maximize its potential. (Which is why I recommend using a High Level "Master Tasks Board" instead of MyWork which gives you all the power and functionality of a Board including as many different Columns and Board views as you like, Workload management etc).
