Last week, we had the privilege of integrating an All Blacks Performance Labs session within the inaugural IHG Hotels & Resorts East Asia & Pacific General Manager Conference held in Bali, Indonesia. Led by our executive coach Lou Kuegler and supported by All Black #1068 Andy Ellis, our session focused on tools to elevate individual performance, clarity of mindset, and establishing a sense of belonging as the foundation of all forms of high-performance. 🏉 With over 200 General Managers from the region in the room, it was inspiring to witness the learning desire and engagement during the session with a real thirst for developing and making 2025 an extraordinary year. Super Rugby Aupiki referees assemble 🦸 Recently we hosted the 10 referees, assistant referees, and TMOs who will be officiating in Super Rugby Aupiki. This year the match officials will operate in pods - staying with the same group each week for the whole competition. This model has been implemented successfully in Super Rugby Pacific so it will be great for the match officials to benefit from it this year. #SuperRugbyAupiki

🏉 Safeguarding Success: NZR Safe Kids Advisor Hui 2025 👏 This past week, we were proud to co-deliver the annual New Zealand Rugby (NZR) Safe Kids Advisor Hui, bringing together Provincial Union representatives from across the country to strengthen their collective approach to safeguarding tamariki in rugby. Through NZR’s Safe Clubs Safe Kids programme, they continue to equip Safe Kids Advisors with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to uphold best practices in safeguarding in sport. From ensuring all junior coaches are police vetted to guiding clubs in implementing robust safeguarding policies, this programme is about creating safe, inclusive, and supportive environments for all tamariki and rangatahi in the game of rugby. A huge thank you to everyone who participated, shared insights, and reinforced their commitment to keeping rugby safe for our future generations!
