About us
Prolife Foods is New Zealand’s largest privately owned snack food company producing brands such as Mother Earth, Alison’s Pantry, Donovan’s Chocolates, Flemings and Sunvalley. We have been established in New Zealand for over 30 years. We’ve operated out of Melbourne, Australia for the last six years and now our sights are firmly set on the international markets. If you were to look back on our history, you’ll see Kaye and Bernie Crosby began their journey in 1984. The mantra has been the same since day dot, “Providing Great Food, with Obsessive Service”. This mantra is at the heart of this business and drives the passion, integrity, accountability and success we all live our working lives by. The executive and leadership teams across this business all buy into the strong and supportive yet hugely aspirational culture. To have the opportunity to build a career with Prolife Foods will always be a good decision for any new hire to make. The tenure within the company is something we are extremely proud of and will continue to invest in our people to provide the opportunities and growth that not only benefit the employee but provide great results to the company also.
