We also work closely with FM Global insurers who are gaining a higher presence and we are familiar with many of their design standards. • Construction observation role to assist with queries, variation reviews (which are minimised due to upfront design), and ensuring your / your clients requirements are met – not just the minimum standards. • Big picture approach to try and get economies for large projects. Sometimes a larger cost up front, but far more economical over site wide projects.
