Quarta Management Group Limited (Quarta) is part of the Huadu International group of companies. Quarta has been created to manage investments on behalf of the Huadu International Group, and other investors. In line with Huadu’s history and expertise in construction and real estate, Quarta will specialise in managing investments in commercial property but also in operating companies. The Quarta team will seek investment opportunities to offer wholesale investors. Over a period of time we will build a portfolio of attractive investment options. Long term sustainability of these investments will be Quarta’s key objective. As an investment manager Quarta’s primary responsibility is to investors. We follow effective investment management processes, identify risks and communicate with investors on the performance of their investments, while ensuring all legal requirements are complied with.
