March milestone #3 Rescued baking mixes are now in 29 Woolworths New Zealand stores throughout the North Island. Easy to make and utterly delicious each Rescued baking mix has half a loaf of unsold bread and no traditional flour. Talk about circular and zero waste the bread packaging is also recycled by Future Post. A massive thank you to the visionary Woolworths team. We may have to start an office baking challenge. Imagine the impact!
