Well done team Dominion, can't say we will miss seeing the mo's but to have raised over $51k is incredible and we hope you get that bit extra so you reach the Top 50 World ranking. Anyone able to help here is the link https://lnkd.in/g-JDi-ab Wouldn't it be great to see a NZ team in the top50!!
Movember, what a month it has been - well done to everyone that grew a mo, shaved an old mo, or ran & walked to raise money & build awareness of key men's health issues. The Auckland team are shown here before, during and after with both our North and South Island teams having raised over $51,000! An incredible effort and our heartfelt thanks to all those that supported our teams. We are proud to be leading the NZ fundraisers, knowing how much good this money will do, but would be ecstatic if you could help us go just a little further and be in the top 50 World rankings - we're only just behind at 52!! If you haven't donated and would like to help that goal here is the link https://lnkd.in/g-JDi-ab. THANKS EVERYONE 💙 #movember #prostatecancer #testicularcancer #mentalhealth #dominionconstructors

What a weekend we have had. Development Manager Grant Thomas travelled to the UK this week with our beautiful apartments at 66 Oxford Terrace Christchurch a finalist in the International Structural Awards - and he is bringing home the win. The award recognises the pioneering retrofit approach to save a seismically damaged building. We have always supported sustainability and giving new life to a building wherever this is possible. Oxford Terrace is testament to what can be achieved when all partners collaborate towards this goal. Our thanks and congratulations to the entire project team but particularly to Structure Design Ltd and Phoenix Consulting Ltd.

Great progress is being made on a great asset for Christchurch!
Mainland Capital and Russell Property Group are delighted to have obtained resource consent from the Christchurch City Council for the transformative redevelopment of the former Noah’s Hotel in Christchurch. The consent allows the development to move forward with several enhancements, including relocating the hotel entrance from Oxford Terrace to Worcester Boulevard, creating Christchurch's highest rooftop venue, and adding additional rooms to the eastern façade. This video showcases the history of Noah’s and the vision we have for its redevelopment - https://bit.ly/3Y095x4 We would like to thank Novo Group Limited, Dalman Architects and Powell Fenwick for their input with the resource consent application and specifically acknowledge Christchurch City Council’s support for the project. This key milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter for this iconic Christchurch landmark. Ben Bridge Chris Scott Anna Lough Nick Radburnd Grace Davies Belmont

Exciting redevelopment opportunity to partner with Mainland Capital to rejuvenate one of the remaining key sites in Christchurch CBD
Mainland Capital is delighted to announce it has formed a joint venture with the Russell Property Group (RPG) to redevelop the former Noah’s Hotel in central Christchurch. Widely regarded as the best development site in the Christchurch CBD, the redevelopment of the hotel will provide a much needed premium hotel offering for the city. Spanning some 4,879m2 with frontage to the Avon River, Worcester Street and Cathedral Square, the mixed-use development will add momentum to Christchurch’s ongoing rejuvenation. We look forward to sharing more of our plans in the near future. For more on this project please click here https://bit.ly/3Vhl3zT Russell Property Group
