We are pleased to announce the appointment of Gael Filippini as the new Group Chief Executive Officer of Junior Adventures Group (JAG), the parent group of sKids. Gael is a highly accomplished executive with over 20 years’ experience in leading transformational growth and turnaround programs in large-scale, multi-site consumer businesses that span sectors such as healthcare, aged care and telecommunications. Immediately prior to JAG, Gael led a complex aged care operator transformation project. Before that she was part of the executive leadership team at Bupa Health Insurance with roles across retail, customer service, transformation and healthcare management. Commenting on her appointment, Gael said ‘I am looking forward to leading the next stage of JAG’s journey as a provider of exceptional OSH services in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Ireland and future growth. We have a wonderful team of coordinators and educators across the network who are passionate about delivering the best outcomes for the children in our care every session.
