Here's a quirky one: A Japanese manufacturing company discovered that their most successful microlearning program started by complete accident in the elevator! They had put up a small whiteboard in the elevator for maintenance notes, but employees started writing daily "one-liner" communication tips for fun. Pretty soon, the "Elevator Academy" became their most effective training tool - with a 94% engagement rate because nobody wants to be bored in an elevator! The best part? Their most remembered lesson was about giving clear instructions, written by a frustrated engineer who got the wrong lunch order three days in a row. He wrote: "If you can't explain what you want in the time it takes to ride this elevator, you're probably not being clear enough."
