What a difference a year makes. Last year, we attended the Retail Excellence in Design (RED) Awards as a company just a few months old. This year, we returned with five projects showcased and a solid year under our belt. The RED Awards, run annually by the Retail Interiors Association celebrate the best in retail design, recognizing the incredible contributions of designers, shopfitters, and suppliers to the industry. It’s an honor to be part of this celebration and to see our work in the mix. Our strategy remains the same—it’s not about growing anything else but our reputation. We are thrilled to have completed the delivery of Woodwrights’ new showhome on Great North Road, Grey Lynn. It’s a space that truly needs to be experienced in person. While it may sound cliché, creating simple spaces often demands extra attention to quality and detail. A big thanks to Wonder Group for trusting us to bring this vision to life.

TE&EM recently delivering another fitout—this time for Majestic Tea at the brand-new Mānawa Bay - Premium Outlet Centre! If you're looking for an elegant, quiet spot to enjoy great food and conversation, head to the luxury end of the complex and grab a seat at Majestic Tea. We are very proud of this one. Three of our favourite features are the impasto wall, the negative skirting detail, and the 5-meter-high curtains 😍, all of which fall in the shadows of the incredible home furnishings by Woodwrights It was an absolute pleasure delivering the Wonder Group design.

With handover week here, we are so happy to be collaborating with Woodwrights on their new flagship showroom located in Grey Lynn. We can’t wait to share more of this project with you.

🍔 Handover Complete! 🛠️ Recently, we wrapped up an exciting project with Better Burger. In just eight days, we transformed their space with a fresh new look: revamped shop front, stunning surface finishes, and subtle design tweaks for that extra flair. My personal favourites? The Muros brick wall panelling, the cedar finish on the bulkhead, and the vibrant greenery paired with sleek neon signs. All done with virtually zero defects.
