We are really excited to share that we are a finalist in the South Island Property People Awards. Thank you to all those that contributed to the construction of our community centre - the team of dedicated volunteers, Calder Stewart and their contractors, Octa, and those that contributed funding towards it. It's been incredibly rewarding to see the impact it has had on the district with the community use of the facility and the events we can now bring to the Clutha District.

Last Friday evening Dale and Natasha as representatives from our Trust were privileged to attend the Property Council New Zealand Levett Bucknall Property Industry awards alongside our key project partners Calder Stewart and Egis structural engineers. We were awarded one of the top in our category with Excellence in the Warren and Mahoney Civic, Health and Arts category. This was a large category with Takina - Wellington events centre taking out the top honour. To say we are proud is an understatement. The property awards are the largest in the industry in New Zealand, with 141 nominations across 11 categories, with 1500 guests celebrating. There were incredible projects from all across Aotearoa, showing how they are enhancing the communities in which they are located. Thanks to the judges for taking the time to explore our community facility down here in Balclutha! And thanks to all the team who delivered this project for Clutha. #propertyindustryawards #cluthanz #tpoma
