I couldn’t be more thrilled about this partnership! The quality of the air we breathe inside our buildings has consequences for the health, wellbeing, learning, and productivity of every single one of us and everyone we love. In Aotearoa, the evidence that does exist indicates that our indoor air quality just isn’t good enough. That's why we’re excited to see our indoor air quality alliance gaining momentum, urging the government to set and implement improved indoor air quality standards for all public buildings. On the back of our powerful new report ‘Time to Clear the Air: The Economic Benefits of Improving NZ’s Indoor Air Quality,’ released to coincide with last week’s FM Summit, dozens of organisations have already added their voice to the cause. Co-authored by Economist Shamubeel Eaqub and supported by ActivePure by Big Blue, Jackson Engineering Advisers Ltd and Tether Ltd, the report reveals improving the quality of the air people breathe inside offices and schools would reduce sickness and improve concentration levels so much that it could benefit New Zealand to the tune of $1billion. And that's a wrap. My final stop on this tour was Japan 🇯🇵. As I sit in the airport and reflect on the last 3 weeks, I can't help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude and excitement. The goal of this trip was to establish relationships with key people across EMEA and APAC, providing them with tools to help solve their customers' problems and realize their goals and outcomes. I'm humbled and thrilled to say that I was welcomed with open arms and treated incredibly well in every country I visited. I couldn't have asked for a better partner, and I'm excited about what we will achieve together. Together, Tether Ltd and RICOH Spaces will reduce cost and carbon emissions across the built environment on a global scale. We'll do this by collecting and analyzing the first-party building performance information that companies need to make smart decisions, reduce reporting costs, and ensure compliance.
