  • THURSDAYS ARE FOR THRIVING! ✅ It’s the second-to-last day before TROW closes its doors for the year, and our team has put in every last effort to finish with a bang in Point Chevalier!💥 We're grateful for our ongoing partnership with the TROW division in Tonga, where we've been able to repurpose a significant amount of furniture and materials. These items, in good condition, are salvaged and sent to our qualified team in Tonga, who work to repurpose them for the benefit of local communities. We look forward to sharing more stories about how materials from this project specifically are being given new life in Tonga. 🤞🏽 Can’t forget to mention the vibrant Pt Chev community for their support throughout this project, whether it was stopping by for a quick yarn with our team or sharing throwback memories about the Pt Chev Library. We’ve been grateful for every moment shared with you all. 🫶🏽 Be sure to stay tuned in the New Year for more updates on the progress of this project, and keep an eye out tomorrow for information about our closing and reopening dates. 📆 #PointChevalier #Deconstruction #Sustainability #CircularEconomy #TROWGroup #ThatsMyTeam

  • 🌍 Breathing New Life into Salvaged Materials: Our Circular Economy in Action! 🌱 This week, we've been preparing, sorting, and loading salvaged materials directly as they come in from our current projects, into TROW Tonga’s second container shipment for 2024. 🌿Here is how it's going. This is the heart of our commitment to a Circular Economy: Taking materials that would otherwise be sent to landfills and repurposing them to support communities and sustainable futures, one shipment at a time. ♻️ Big thanks to our entire team's efforts in working towards closing the loop on waste and giving these resources a second life in communities that’ll truly benefit from them. 💚 Check out more about our awesome division in Tonga on fb: Tonga Auction House ✅ More on this journey to come… #CircularEconomy #Sustainability #TROWTonga #RecycledMaterials #Deconstruction #Containermethod #RepurposeAndReuse

  • TROW Group’s Christmas Function 2024 🎄 Yesterday, we celebrated our incredible team at our end-of-year Christmas Party! The day kicked off with a bang as we hosted our very FIRST TROW Group Annual Games, and let’s just say... we quickly learned how competitive and hilarious our team can be! 😄 As the day unfolded, we set sail on a scenic boat charter enjoying the views of Tamaki Makaurau and each other’s company as we cruised toward the Riverhead Tavern. Once there, we indulged in delicious kai, pool tournaments, and music, creating memories and good vibes all around! 🎶🍽️ 2024 has been a year full of highlights, lessons, and unforgettable moments. Together, as a team, we’ve pushed the boundaries of sustainability and embraced every challenge as an opportunity to grow stronger, united as one. 💪 We are deeply grateful for every single member of our TROW whānau - Here’s to more moments of togetherness, growth, and success. 🥂 #Teamwork #XmasCelebration #blessed #WorkWhanau #TROWGroup

  • 2Degree Business Awards Gala Dinner🏆 Earlier this month, we gathered in Tamaki Makaurau to celebrate excellence at the 2Degree Business Awards! Some of our team and awesome clients traded in their PPE for sleek black tuxedos and stunning designer dresses as we were honoured to be nominated for the “Excellence in Sustainability” award in the North/West Region. 🌱 The journey to this recognition was undeniably challenging, but the rewards were worth it! Celebrating our collective achievements, no matter how small empowers us to keep pushing boundaries and innovating solutions. 💡 While we didn’t take home the top prize, we couldn't be prouder of our exceptional team. Their relentless dedication to enhancing our environmental vision is truly inspiring. We understand that the fruits of our sustainable efforts may not always be ripe for the picking, but we remain committed to nurturing our ideas for the benefit of our people and communities. Every setback and victory reflects our dedication to learning and understanding the gaps we need to fill. This commitment to “Building the Future by Restoring the Past” is a reward in itself. ✨ Thank you again 2Degree Business Awards, we’ll see you next year! 💥 #Manawavesallround #BuildingtheFuture #RestoringthePast

TROW Classroom Move for Awataha Marae 🏫 Our collaborative journey with AWATAHA Marae began earlier this year prior to commencing our Northcote Shopping Center project. They came to us with an idea they’ve carefully curated which supports something we’ve always made a priority ‘Educating our Youth’. ✨ AWATAHA Marae just rolled out their youth employment program, “Mana to Mahi.” The program functions as a comprehensive centre for Maori and Pasifika youth, teaching them valuable trade skills that ultimately lead to discovering identity, upskilling, and job opportunities. Located at Awataha Marae, it supports cultural identity and pride while preparing participants to be work-ready with the skills and attitude needed for a successful future. 💛 We’re thrilled to have had the opportunity to support this kaupapa by providing a classroom we salvaged from our Browns Bay Primary project in 2023 and helping to provide a space to continue developing the skills of our Maori and Pasifika youth to become employment-ready. 🌱 "Building the Future, Restoring the Past" Relocation Team: EasyMoves Ltd Filmed with: DJI Mini 4 Pro drone
