Villa Maria Woven Sauvignon Blanc impressed critics and consumers when we launched it last year, and we're just as thrilled with the response to the new vintage: "The 2023 Woven Sauvignon Blanc is a restrained, layered and complex wine that would take many casual Marlborough Sauvignon drinkers by surprise. Where’s the fruit cocktail? Instead, this model comes in a New World version of Bordeaux-like flavours, from nectarine and blackcurrant to nettle and the distinct nutty notes of barrel. We're proud to work with Air New Zealand to showcase the best of Marlborough with the launch of their new wine label Thirteen Forty Five. Air New Zealand General Manager Customer Experience Kylie McGillivray-Brown says each wine has been crafted with special attention to how flavours are experienced at altitude.
