Windsor Park Hub Limited (WPHL) is an entrepreneurial social enterprise company embedded with a Christian world-view. It exists to develop and operate a range of sustainable businesses that seek to achieve positive social outcomes including: • The provision of goods and services in the marketplace using an ethical and moral business platform. • The creation of employment within a safe environment where staff are nurtured regardless of their religious or social persuasions. • Providing mentoring contexts for personal development that leads to potential employment within the economy. • Achieving sustainability that leads to reinvestment in social initiatives. • Using the tool of business as a vehicle to normalise the good news of Jesus. Structurally, Windsor Park Hub Limited is part of the Windsor Park ‘Group’. It’s a New Zealand registered limited liability company with charitable status (Registration Number 3481555) governed by a Board of Directors with all shares owned and fully vested within the Baptist Union of New Zealand.
