Responsibilities Will Include
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, understanding their talent needs and delivering effective recruitment solutions.
- Manage multiple requisitions across various departments, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Identify and attract top talent through innovative sourcing methods.
- Provide insights and market trends to guide hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal hiring policies.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the hiring process.
- Partner with external recruitment agencies and vendors when needed.
- Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and workflows efficiently.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position FNZ as an employer of choice.
- Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a business partner capacity.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, including social media, talent pools, and direct sourcing.
- A data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience in analysing metrics to improve hiring processes.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
- A hybrid 3+2 model combining working from the office and from home.
