The hotel is good. But the location is very small road. The pool is nice and overall for me it is good for backpackers. It has nice view when you look at the window and cheap price. I love it.

Really rich culture and concept hotel. This hotel gives you the fair and square deal, you check in at 2pm they can let you check out at 2 pm. Their gound coffee is nice too, and the breakfast menu is until 4 pm. Make sure to get their breakfast buffet rather than ala carte if you can eat. Interior is very beautiful

The hotel was nice, the room was spacious but outdated. Need big renovations. The pool was closed for maintenance the day after we checked in. We didn’t know that the pool would be closed at the time of booking. The breakfast was really good, lots of choices. Kids club is small and No staff there and there was a sign said temporary closed

05.02.2020 4F Standard Studio. 2 nights. Personal overall impression is ”normally good.” Since it is still a new ＳＡ, there are few buildings and equipment that are damaged. There are two entrances. (Maybe the general residence and rental? are separated.) Personally, having a bathtub is a plus factor. Also, the TV channel is a plus factor that you can watch about 3 Japanese commercial broadcasting stations. You shouldn't expect the view from the room. However, although I didn't go this time, the view on the rooftop (８ F level) looks good. Lawson 108 is facing the road in front. Close to Tuccom (bus station). It takes less than 10 minutes on foot. Shopping at the underground TOPS, not as large as Robinson's underground TOPS, so there are few assortments, but the same is true for wallets. It's a little south on the east side of Sukhumvit Road, so it's far from downtown and coastal parks, so you're a little prepared to walk. Especially in the daytime, it's painful when it's sunny. Bitter smile. Instead, the price is not cheap, but not expensive.

Кондиционер - встроенный, работает шумно, единственный минус, ночью пришлось выключать. Еще нет сушилки для белья, выручила дежурная бельевая веревка и прищепки, которые всегда в чемодане. Чай, кофе, сахар, сливки, вода в номере - бесплатно, ежедневно пополняются. В ванной комнате - шампунь, кондиционер для волос, гель для душа - все в больших бутылках, можете с собой не брать. Завтраки очень разнообразные, с супчиками, овощами, яйцами, несколькими видами горячих мясных, рыбных и овощных блюд, фруктами и выпечкой, претензий вообще никаких, всего хватает, во сколько бы не пришли, блюда быстро пополняются. Конечно, какие то блюда для меня были очень вкусные, какие-то менее, но это дело вкуса. Ажиотажа в ресторане нет, свободный столик всегда был, много народа - по выходным. Официанты убирают столики мгновенно. Уборка номера - нормально, ежедневно, пол подметают, протирают, полотенца меняют ежедневно. Кто едет с маленькими детьми, имейте ввиду, территории с садом у отеля нет, всё ограничено корпусами и бассейном. Бассейн, кстати, с морской водой, но не глубокий, для детей - комфортно, есть небольшие горки, взрослым - по пояс. Очень понравилась отдельная детская зона для малышей с детской площадкой, совсем мелким бассейном, песочницей, фонтанчиками, водяными пушками, под которыми можно бегать. По субботам днем в этой части проходит пенная пати. Много пены и детской радости! Пляжные полотенца выдаются во 2-м корпусе, рядом с тренажерным залом под запись в журнал. Здесь у тайцев всё строго, записывают даже время приема-сдачи. Расположение у отеля - отлично. Море в 5 минутах (сворачивайте направо, дойдите до Фэмилимарт, затем через дорогу налево в проулок). Можно пойти и налево от отеля, но дорога до пляжа будет чуть длиннее. Пляж чистый, без мусора и водорослей, море - обычное для Паттайи, теплое, но не прозрачное, есть водные развлечения. Лежак - 100 батт за день. Не хотите платить, можно расположиться на песке рядом, тенёчек от деревьев - до обеда. В принципе, комфортно. За белым песочком и чистой водой - это на острова. Ближайший - Ко Лан. Минут 15-20 до Пирса на тук туке или такси, на пирсе садитесь на паром до пляжа Таваен за 30 батт, или на спидбот за 300 - и будет вам счастье. Также чуть дальше по дороге направо от отеля есть большая прачечная самообслуживания. 5 кг белья можно постирать за 40 батт, столько же отдельно сушка, там же в автомате продают порошок и кондиционер для стирки за 5 батт в разовых упаковках. Очень удобно, я воспользовалась. Рядом с прачечной - небольшая бургерная, готовят вкусно, быстро. Ужинать ходили, в основном, в 21 терминал

There is a pool and a place to work (on the 27th floor of building b). To check in, you need to write to the Line manager (WhatsApp does not respond for a long time). Do not try to check in before 2 pm - it will be difficult. The same scheme for cleaning - write to Line. After cleaning, check the quality - have they changed the bed linen, towels, bathroom accessories

The hotel has an excellent price (15usd/night) the rooms are big and clean. The bed is comfortable, the shower is good and they have shampoo and shower gel for free. There is a pool in the hotel which is super nice. They also have a gym inside of hotel. The location of hotel is also very convenient, it’s right next to a Buddha temple and very close to the walking street. There is many good restaurants for lunch and breaks fast right next to the hotel. My experience was amazing and I will come back for sure.

Had heard and read many good things but actually quite disappointed. The enormous swimming pool is more of a walking pool as is only 1.2m in depth. The breakfast was the most disappointing of any hotel I have stayed in in Thailand if you want European food. The Thai and Indian selection looked pretty good but not sure my Western stomach could have faced some of the dishes. The location to the beach is excellent and agree to try and get a sea facing room. Lovely view. It is quite a walk out of town but there are regular Songthews. The bed is very comfortable but the TV is virtually useless, situated 90 degrees to the bed with an awful selection of channels if not Thai. Never got the pairing function to work. It would have been good if one or two of the reception staff had spoken a little English. Wouldn’t return.

The hotel is very clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. It’s extraordinary service from every single staffs, hotel manager, cleaner and security guard. We’re really like the size of the hotel. It’s good size for the kids to walk around and swim in the swimming pool. On Friday and Saturday afternoon even got foam party for the kids. We love how the restaurant located on 8th floor to see the sea. It’s very relaxing while we having breakfast. Breakfast is very good and got both thai and western style. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We requested the connecting rooms and it’s really suit the family with young kids. It have a strong shower and rain shower that what we really like. We have a great experience since we called and directly booked with the hotel. Great reception and staffs at the restaurant. Amazing hotel manager for stopping by and say hello to the guests. Highly recommended.

Overall it was an Awesome stay. Pros 1. Location was clam, As it is away from the bars and clubs. 2. Kids will love the amenities (if you’re with your family) 3. Pretty decent breakfast. Mostly Thai and continental 4. Worth stay for the tariff 2600thb/night 5. Check-in and check-out was simple and easy Cons 1. Service was average. Staffs were busy all day. 2. Bit away from main beach (200 Meters away) 3. Not suitable for solo travellers who likes to party

The room is quite old, especially the sofa ( I booked family suite) which can accommodate for 3 pax. The funny things when I called the room service coz I want to borrow a knife for peeling mango, she said that they didn't have, only have spoon dan fork, then I asked whether they can peel mango for me, she asked how many mango i have? 1 kg? I said no only 2 mangoes, then she said that I will be charged for thb 560, of course I said no. Then I called again the guy picked up the phone, I asked the same thing whether I can borrow a knife, and the guy said I would be charged for thb 100. 😁😁😁

Clean hotel, spacious rooms. Had to stay for 1 day quarantine. Pros Well organized transportation from the airpot to take drive through Covid test and driving to hotel. Great customer service upon arrival and very friendly hotel personnel cons Breakfast food provided was not good, fruit was not fresh, meal looked awful and did not taste good (imho) too much plastic is used. there was a new regulation issued regarding second PCR test at the end of December and some people were confused with old and new rules that applied to them after they are discharged from hotel. hotel management was not aware how to help with this issue Overall great stay, reasonable price. Highly recommend to others I stayed there just for one day so I cannot comment about other facilities or surrounding. Worked great for in and out to complete quarantine requirements.

I really can’t fault this hotel the rooms are very clean and maintained, equipped with everything you need for the duration of your stay. The staff are wonderful very helpful and courteous, always willing to go above and beyond what is needed. The food is excellent with a good variety to choose from. The hotel it’s self has a pool, gym, sea views and is well situated with access to public transport, shopping and parks.

It was nice to stay and chilled. The location wasnt that bad. But not much activites around. Food was good .. rooftop with live music was nice but just families dinner.

There is a large public bath, although it is for men only. Although the pool is private, it is quiet and the atmosphere is not bad. I didn't order breakfast this time, but the last time I stayed there, there was a good selection of Japanese food.

Depending on the room, the live music from the nearby bar can be quite loud at night. I requested a room on a higher floor, preferably in the back, not facing the road, but was shown to a room on the opposite side. Well, maybe there were no vacant rooms. By the way, it's too noisy to sleep in a room on a lower floor facing the road until 1:30 or 2am. In summary, if you don't mind the noise, the reception staff can speak Japanese, so I recommend it. The toilet is a normal washlet, so I don't think it's a problem. The rooms are also quite clean. However, unless you fall asleep very easily, I don't think you'll be able to sleep at night in a room on a lower floor facing the road. That being said, I don't know if it's not noisy in a room on a higher floor? It's really surprisingly noisy at night.

I am staying for a long time for on business. I have all the tools me need for life. If there is something wrong with the equipment in the room, it will be fixed immediately. I was surprised at how quickly they responded to my requests for improvements so that I could live comfortably. The view from the room is not good to compliment. However, location that is convenient for shopping including Robinson and food cart. Close to the sea and sports park, convenience is good. There is also a tuk-tuk platform in front of Robinson, so it is convenient to go out on holidays. I would like to use the next long stay.

Nice room with good price. Went there on long weekend, too many guest, and hotel seem not too ready to handle. WiFi and cable not stable, need to ask services to adjust. Too many people on Breakfast room, need to wait for food to refill but overall hotel and room is good to stay

This hotel is like a heaven for young kids. With swimming pool, outdoor playground, painting station and yummy breakfast, what else can you possibly ask for? Did I mention a super sized indoor playground? Yes they’ve got them all ! Nice room, very clean, great service. The downside is that there is no beach. But people should know this is Sriracha where it is know for its deep sea port. Business people may find this place a little noisy.
