Very nice, recommend to who looking a place for holiday or family gathering. Villa had a nice design and sparkling clean , can fit up to 20-23 pax. Villa Host and crew is very polite and helpful, we all very enjoy the stay. Thanks Candy for the help , really appreciated ! Totally will return again :)

My excitement to stay at this hotel with my big family turned into a very traumatizing experience. The service did not meet five-star expectations, and we did not feel welcomed. We waited nearly two hours for our rooms to be ready (2:20 PM to 4:07 PM), with complimentary drinks only offered after complaining. Despite emailing in advance, I was only told at check-in that connecting rooms weren’t available, causing inconvenience as I was traveling with elderly parents and a young child. At the Pool Lounge, drinks took 30 minutes to arrive, and the tiramisu from the Christmas set came over an hour late after complaints. Staff response felt indifferent. Sadly, the experience didn’t match the price or reputation. The hotel and room were nice. My kids really enjoy it. I hope improvements are made and I won’t be coming here again in future.

We had superb experience for our body, mind and soul! From free upgrade to garden villa in the green to free appetiting herbal drink; from guided orchard tour to tasting organic honey from beehives; from trying out speleotheraphy in himalayan salt crystal room to jacuzzi spa session; from enjoying sumptuous specially requested vegan breakfast to signature massage, we truly feel overwhelming over the experiences and gratitude towards all friendly and helpful staff within the resort. 2D1N is rather short for us to explore more activities and we surely will visit again!

I am not sure why this resort has had so many bad reviews. Glad I still went ahead with the trip and have no regrets doing so. The place is very relaxing. There’s a buggy service to bring us around if we are lazy to walk or electric scooters are available for guests. During weekdays and off-peak periods, they serve a la carte breakfast and, for small eaters like me and my family, the serving is considered big. The lunch cum dinner menu don’t have a wide variety but enough to fill an empty stomach. Portion is not as large as breakfast so don’t think of sharing. Staff are friendly and housekeeping plus maintenance were quick to attend to our needs. The rooms are comfortable but being in the jungle, mosquitoes and ants are inevitable so just make sure that you bring along mosquito repellents.

As far after viewing some negative feedback at A Famosa, we have some worries but still giving a try for our short stay in 4 bedroom pool villa. We checked in around 4pm and everything go smoothly. Our unit no is 1022, end lot which we have so much of privacy and fun time in the villa with kids. Villa is clean. No mosquito, aircon works. Although utensils in kitchen a bit less as we have only plates and cups, not even a washing detergent provided. You have to bring your own cooking stuff if you plan to cook there. We have a great time in the villa. Thank you A Famosa.
