Check in, there was no staff present, had to look for a phone number online, they hadn't bothered to write it on the info board at the door. Finally got through to someone who spoke poor English. Was guided in - using a code for the door. Then I was directed to the reception where I could take the key. In the room, there were no towels... Again, call the person.... Down to the reception and pick up a key to another room where I could take towels from. The room has not been properly cleaned for a long time (maybe before Corona?) there were cobwebs all over, the lamp in the toilet was half covered in cobwebs. Breakfast... Rarely have I seen such a poor supply of food items. Dry bread, dry cheese and then we could not compensate for the dry by smearing extra butter – the butter was 2-3 months over "used before date" – even the Nutella was 1 month over. We complained to the staff (only one person) who couldn't speak a word of English. No regrets on the part of the hotel that the breakfast was as it was, he just shrugged. All in all, a very bad experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
