We stayed at the hotel from 02.01 to 08.01, the hotel is good, clean, the breakfast is delicious. But there were problems with the pool. At first they said that it was being repaired and would open on January 3rd. On this day, it turned out that a check had arrived and the pool would be opened at lunchtime. But at lunchtime it turned out that the MANAGERS of the hotel were RESTING there and we were not allowed to go there. Apparently the principle of the hotel ”first the staff, then the customers.” They received nothing but an apology. And very sorry.

Ok breakfast. Helpful staff but make sure you know your currency Exchange and what you Get back after paying for hotel from them. We got way less Money but we dint know before we left the hotel so could not do anything. We stayed there 2 different nights, first night room was with backyard view, but 2nd night was with street view which had very good natural light in bathroom too. Bed was hard. They let us check in 5 hours earlier than check in time for our second stay which was very Sweet of them. A 24/7 restaurant is just 2 minutes walk away. Wifi speed was ok too. Free bottle water. ATM machine in the hotel. Ac works good. Staff helped us to take baggage to the room. We did not use pool because of time shortage

The hotel is great. The plane was late, and the driver waited for us for 3 hours. He came out to help us carry our luggage. I was touched. Because there were 8 people in the group and there was a lot of luggage, the hotel also arranged a business car to pick us up. It was awesome. It took about 5 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. It is said that Tashkent Airport is in the city center. On the last day, I went to Samarkand. I contacted the hotel in advance to help me book the high-speed rail ticket online. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the high-speed rail station. It was so convenient. There are several Chinese restaurants next to the hotel, all within a 5-minute walk, but we still like the big plate chicken made by the chef of the hotel. It is affordable and authentic. It is really delicious. The breakfast is the best in all the hotels in Uzbekistan that I have stayed in, because every day is a different stir-fry, and it is self-service. If you stay again, you will definitely get fat. Fried noodles, fried rice, millet porridge, shredded potatoes, dry pot cauliflower, stir-fried tripe shreds, you dare to imagine that this is breakfast, it's awesome, haha. In short, it is too worth it, the location is convenient, the room is very clean, and the breakfast is very comfortable. Chinese service can be used on WeChat for everything. Invite friends to talk about things, and the lobby is also very impressive. I have recommended it to my friends at the airport, haha. It is definitely worth the money.

I was in Tashkent in October 2022. I chose this hotel because the rooms have quite a large area and the price is not very high. At that time there were almost no other cheaper options, and all of them had very small rooms. Initially booked the hotel for 3 days to understand whether it would suit me, but planned to live 1-2 week in Tashkent, and then fly to Dubai. As a result, the hotel did not arrange me, and therefore did not extend it. The main reason is very bad Wi-Fi. It is quite unstable, constantly disabled. Speed changes greatly during the day. Late night and night work fast (probably at this time few users) and the rest is very slow. I had to broadcast the daytime, so for me it was critical. Mobile Internet (try Ucell and Bilaine) didn't help, speed and stability too are insufficient. The second minus is the location. The hotel is far from the city center. So go to the center for quite a long and far (but cheap - Yandex taxi in Tashkent is cheap). And many deliveries of food refuse to deliver to the area. The room is spacious. In general, the hotel is beautiful. Furniture in the room is erased, but it is not critical to me. On sound isolation - in the room I have never heard neighbors. Sometimes airplanes are heard because there is an airport nearby, but it didn't bother me. And sometimes you hear muezin, but too quite quiet. The room is blackout curtains, so if you close the curtains, the room is dark, sleep well. Small minus - very small safe. It has a huge hardness to enter even the iPad (you have to insert it under the corner and put it in a tilted position on the wall). The last day the hotel turned off the light for a few minutes. The air conditioner is periodically broken (2 times in 3 days), it needs to be re-enabled in the shield. In October the room is quite cold, but if the air conditioner is put on heating, it turns out normal. On breakfast there are many different dishes, everything is delicious. Especially liked the puffed pancakes. Maintenance and cleaning everything is good. Cleaning 1 times a day. On the last day I picked up another hotel, but saw that there was a cheap direct ticket to Dubai, and flew there :) Plus: - spacious rooms - quite quiet - price - good breakfasts Minus: - very bad Wi-Fi, not suitable for work - location - Far from the center, there are not many deliveries - a small safe of Over: The hotel is not bad, but next time I will look for in the center and with a better Wi-Fi.

The front desk service is quite enthusiastic, but it is a bit difficult to communicate with the other party who does not speak Russian and English, but the translation software (Microsoft Translator) can basically satisfy it. I called the Toshkant location and negotiated a price for a 3 night stay. The guy I spoke to Dec 17 2021 (the hotel can check who was working) told me he had to “check with his manager” about the price. Well for 2 days this same guy phoned me 3 times and he said the manager finally agreed to the price. The time we spent talking was 2 hours. Relived that we found a hotel to stay at for the next 3 days, I reiterated the price and this guy said “no, that’s the price for ONE day.” ***? This guy knew since the beginning of our phone conversations knew I was negotiating a 3-day stay. And even if he thought he was being clever in saying the price we negotiated was for a 1 day stay, why would I want to pay higher that what the Aster hotel—- and ANY other hotel in Toshkant was advertising for for 1 night? That’s like saying 1 apple costs 2 SOMS. I want 3 so I will give you 5 SOMS and the vendor tells you— after 2 hours and several phone calls over the course of 2 days—- “ok we agree: give me 5 SOMS for ONE apple”! These guys are swindling time-wasters. Maybe because it’s low travel season, they feel they can waste people’s time and cheat them. Maybe he thought I would just roll over because I had spent so much time with him on the phone. Well, I’m a very experienced traveller and had back up hotels. I’m also a WOMAN who has been to over 125 countries and know this $&&@ game this guy plays. Luring, lying, greed, and cheating is against the PILLARS of ISLAM! Well, we ended up staying at ANOTHER Toshkant hotel for 3 nights for the price I negotiated with Aster in the beginning. And Aster, for those 3 nights, remained EMPTY. BEWARE of these &&@“s!

Take bus No. 40 from the airport to the hotel. It costs 1,700 by credit card and 2,000 in cash. It is very affordable to travel by bus in RMB one yuan. To reach the scenic spot, you can take the bus and transfer to the subway. Taking a taxi is very cheap, about ten yuan. You can reach Samarkand by taking a long-distance bus for 300 kilometers from the bus station for 60,000 yuan (the exchange rate is 37 yuan). The consumption in Uzbekistan is very low. This is the 58th country I have visited. The hotel is brand new, the price is very cheap, and the breakfast is good.

Wonderful location and great quality service. Large room in contemporary style furniture. Warm and comfortable beddings. Great 24hr access to a Hot water and central heating is kudos to this hotel during this winter season. Hotel Personal is helpful and open for assistance at any time upon guest request. Cons: Circulating security guard in the main lobby with swinging car keys in his hands is unfortunate site seeing. Wishing bar could stay open past midnight. During my stay the hotel pool and spa center was not operating and closed. Overall best value hotel from 20 in the city
