The hotel is located 15 minutes walking distance away from the main square. It is quiet and peaceful but provides excellent approach to the historic city. The restaurant brought out an impressive breakfast every morning, and it even has a local artisan selling crafts and trinkets. The staff is extremely helpful and were able to book several taxi rides for us (all of which showed up at the right time) while we were there.

At this price, the hotel is fine, the service is good, the breakfast is plentiful, and its own courtyard is also very beautiful. The only drawback is that the hotel is built on an uphill road in Cusco at an altitude of 3,500 meters. , It is recommended to consider it when entering the hotel on foot, but the hotel provides free oxygen cylinders, which is still very good

Cusco, Peru was the first leg of our first trip to South America and the Palacio del Inka hotel/spa made our first week so memorable. Months in advance prior to our arrival, Emerson and his fellow colleagues on the concierge team worked with us to select tours/excursions (through their travel agency partner Venturia) that were right in line with what we were looking for. Upon arrival, the hotel’s check-in process was both efficient and welcoming and everyone on the staff (including the GM) came out to greet us. The bar and restaurant staff learned and used our first names all week and that really made us feel at home. Plus, the food and cocktails were both top notch! The bartender also gave a terrific pisco sour making lesson while we were there. Make sure you ask about that activity! The hotel is beautiful and this property has one of the best Luxury Collection hotel spas that I’ve ever been to (a great variety of treatments and water therapy stations). The former mansion that this hotel now resides in also has a rich cultural history and a wonderful collection of artwork so please take their property tour while you are there…you’ll be glad you did. Overall, I want to say that every aspect of the Palacio del Inka experience was absolutely amazing and we highly recommend it for your stay in Cusco.

Awesome experience! The overall daylighting of the hotel is very good, people will feel bright as soon as they enter the hotel! All the details are also in place, including toiletries, bedding, catering, and the environment are great! And we must praise Ctrip! The price of this hotel on Booking is much higher than Ctrip. We stayed for two nights, and the tax-included price on the booking went to more than 7,000. However, the price of Ctrip was more than 5,000 for two nights, and the Ctrip system also reminded that if you book one day and one day separately, the price can be more favorable. Finally, we booked two nights with more than 4,000 tax-included price.

The best hotel experience for me in all of my travel. The saying you get what you paid for is so accurate. Yes, it’s pricey to stay here but boy is it worth it. This hotel is truly a paradise and oasis for your long day of traveling and hiking. First the hotel is beautiful and centrally located. There are so many activities and amenities that the guests can participate in the hotel. We did the hotel tour and interacted with the baby alpaca. Second, the room and the amenities provided in the room were so carefully throughout. The food during breakfast was great and there were varieties. But what truly make this hotel stand out for me is the staff. From the bellboy, to the front desks and the servers.. all the staff treated all the guests with care. We had an issue with our pickup at the train station (no fault of the hotel or us) but they were very apologetically about it and the staff wanted to make sure we were ok which we were. My name is Don Grenier and I was traveling with my wife Karen for a trip with the BackRoads group to visit Machu Picchu. We arrived a day early and decided to stay at the same hotel they would be using. What a great choice. From the moment we arrived, we were very impressed. We were fortunate enough to speak to Gustavo who was exemplary in his patience, enthusiasm, and kindness. As we completed check in and were taken to the room where things only got better. The room, ”107” was perfect. Great size, location, and accommodations. Everything worked great and was fully stocked. The heated bathroom floors were a pleasant touch and the Llamas in the turn down service are charming and brought a smile to our faces. We loved the whole experience and were treated just as well when we returned from the backroads trip for another two days at the hotel. You have a great Hotel with a wonderful crew and I especially want to thank Gustavo for his exemplary skill in making us feel welcome. Note: we also stayed at the MiraFlores location prior to arriving in Cusco and were very happy there also. We had never heard of the Belmond company but I will be sure to look for it on my travels from now on. Thank You for a great time in Peru.

My fiancé and I had an incredible stay at Atoq San Blas. We were pleased to find our room came with a huge king size bed and the entire space was very clean! Unfortunately, our train from Machu Picchu was delayed 4 hours and we were scared that we wouldn’t be able to check into our room when we arrived at 1:30am. However, the Receptionist responded to us when we sent a WhatsApp message at 10pm and was able to help us get transportation to the hotel at 1am. The hotel was very responsive via WhatsApp. All of the receptionist we interacted with were kind, extremely helpful, and spoke some English. We both enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was included. We were able to easily catch Ubers for $1-2usd to the city center or walk to near by restaurants. Lastly, I accidentally left my AirPods in the hotel room upon check out, but the housekeeper gave them to the front desk which I’m so grateful for because we have a 14 hour flight back home and AirPods are expensive. Overall, their hospitality exceptional and they went above and beyond.

I loved this property! It is located in the historic center and within walking distance of everything that I wanted or needed. And the closes restaurant (Organika) is just steps away and delicious. The decor is very welcoming. The only reason I reduced from 5 to 4 is that the internet was sporadic during the last half of my stay. MAnagement said it was throughout the city but wherever I went for coffee, food, the internet was working fine else in the area so not sure if they had a different service than the other properties. Also, I asked for two wake up calls but they never came. My phone worked fine but because my wake up was in the middle of the night, I wanted to have a back up. I don't think a guest should could on this property to do wake up calls--at least at 2:30 or 3:00 a.m. It says they have 24 hours front desk but I'm not sure if they are actively working or just on property and possibly sleeping/resting. This would not deter me from staying her again. The property is really well located and very clean. I would gladly stay her again. If internet worked and wake up calls would have come through, I would've given this property an excellent rating .BTW, I loved Cusco and Peru. This stay was the perfect ending to a month-long trip and I enjoyed being here.

Amazing hosts, they kind, friendly and helpful! Hotel located in the beautiful place close to our geological sites, not far from a city centre. Rooms are very nice and clean. Coca leaves and coca leaves are offered to help with altitude. Hotel provides very delicious breakfast and snacks if you are leaving hotel early in the morning for excursions. If we’re back to Cusco we definitely want to book this place again! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

A really nice and comfortable hostal located about 1 km or so outside the city center (easily reached by foot). The hostal is owned by the incredibly kind and helpful host, Zuzan, who speaks only Spanish - great for us (my girlfriend is fluent and I'm learning). Zuzan's always ready with guidance about attractions, arrangement of day-tours and tips regarding everyday-needs (restaurants, laundry-services etc.). On the day of check-out (we were leaving in the late evening) we could have our baggage stored and the possibility of a bath. There's a common kitchen ready for use. Breakfast is included consisting of eggs, toast, bread with butter and jam, coffee, tee and fruit juice. Really a place worth recommendation!
