We have stayed at this hotel several times. Despite booking well in advance, we were given a room facing the kitchen. As it was very hot, the exhaust fan was very loud when the window was open. After speaking to reception, the lady treated us professionally. Despite the hotel being fully booked because of a concert, we were given a quieter room. That's customer service, and that in a hotel with 330 beds!👍 The breakfast is extremely good and perfectly organized. Bravo to the management.

Das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen, alles sehr sauber, sehr große Zimmer. Tolle Ausstattung und sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Mann spürt direkt beim betreten des Hotels dass es ein Familienbetrieb ist und alles mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet wurde. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und vorzuheben. Preis Leistung passt hier auf jeden Fall. Sehr gute Anbindung nach Heidelberg mit der Tramp ( Linie 23 ) Wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.
