Only stayed here for a short trip with access to Piccadilly gardens. Great location to get around Manchester.
Basic hotel room, had kettle and hairdryer in room. No iron in room, but you could use the iron on the 6th floor
Didn’t use the onsite restaurant & bar etc due to other commitments

Our overall experience wasn’t very satisfactory with this hotel. We got a non-window room, the staff members at the reception had no customer service skills as they wouldn’t help with minor inconveniences like providing coffee sachets except the member named Yasar.
The room was very hot and only table fan was provided, no AC option.
The specifications of the hotel do not meet as it says GYM, sauna, etc.

Our room was leaking water, the key of room stopped working,
Worst of all they don't have housekeeping staff after 9pm!!!!!

Hotel was fine, room clean. Reading reviews after booking was really worried but all was OK.
Travelled with young child.
Had time show ID and child ID too.
Lovely idea to put heater and fan in room to make more comfortable.
Not sure if they upgraded us or not as got a better room than booked.
All in all excellent location and value for money
