Ningbo Hotels with Airport pickup service

As a Golden circle member since 2003, I always love Shangrila. Very good location, big room size and most of all, outstanding service. The breakfast is also great, the gym is perfect too. But the changing room condition was below my expectations. Not clean and the facilities are too old. The TV in the room….. most hotels have internet TV these days even 4 stars but the TV is too old. It’s needed some upgrades.

Shower room door doesn't close properly and water going out to changing room floor. Shower head on ceiling stuck and water spread everywhere. Room number is 707.

Hotel was quite comfortable. Breakfast spread was varied and interesting. Great ambience and clean rooms. Highlight was definitely the service and staff. They were polite, friendly, helpful. Special mention to Lucien who went above and beyond to help us with places to visit, directions, checking to see if places were open etc. without his support it would be a bit difficult navigating during Chinese New Year.

First of all, let me introduce the location of this hotel. It is in Ningbo. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the Old Bund. It is a quiet place in a busy city. The scenery of the hotel is very good, but the sound of cars is relatively noisy in the good places, but the places behind are much quieter. The location of the hotel is very advantageous, and there is a parking lot. There is a Japanese restaurant upstairs. The ingredients used are very fresh. Go to the Old Bund at night, and there is also the Catholic church. It is really beautiful. The breakfast of the hotel is considered to be better for this price. There is also a better fully automatic coffee machine. But I don’t know why, your beans are really hard to drink. It feels too bitter. I hope the hotel can improve this. Otherwise, it is not worthy of this machine. The service of the lady at the front desk is very good. She answers all questions. I hope this price can be maintained continuously. The mattress is very soft. The support is also good. The shower in the toilet has a top spray. It is much more comfortable than the top spray of Hanting Youjia.

mixed review. some really excellent points and then some real improvement needed too. excellent: the food and beverage manager and restaurant staff were always friendly and the food was excellent (though I think the price of a beverages is outrageous). the Thai curry is highly recommended. the pools and spa pools are great the room is nice and the whole building is beautiful. a birthday cake and card to celebrate was very special and thoughtful. to improve: the cocktails we're awful each time we tried a new one...the ingredients were listed but not all present in the drink the check in and checkout - first and last impressions need to be improved. check in we didn't receive a friendly smile to guide us to the counter, check out was a long queue during the busy time, more shuttle cars are required, we had several 20-30minutes wait times and guests act a bit silly and selfish, pushing to get on the shuttle bus even when families with small children where waiting longer. it was 40degrees Celsius so walking was not a safe option. I had to call three times to get housekeeping on the first day and was told usually housekeeping only come every second day, which doesn't make sense. I don't need my bed made or towels changed, but I do need the trash removed daily. a bit of a strange policy for a pretty expensive hotel. the play are for kids is nice and the staff are generally friendly and patient. very mixed review I'm afraid.

Although I’ve visited Ningbo many times, this was our first experience at the Wyndham Grand. The entire stay was perfect from start to finish. Executive suites were clean, well organized and had a really nice balcony with a table and chairs. My daughter loved her suite which was located next door to me. The staff spoke English, and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of Western/Chinese dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

This trip was to invite several friends from other places to stay at the Huaqiao Howard Johnson Hotel, which has hot spring features and a children's playground. First of all, the facilities are really good. In a green environment, the environment is pleasant and suitable for vacation. The room types are also diverse. Several of our families chose different room types. The room space is large and clean; the room type of the villa is also amazing, absolutely suitable for bringing children to stay! There are not many tourists on the weekend we went, and the hot spring bath is like a private room. There are many pools, the water temperature is comfortable, and each has its own characteristics, which is suitable for punching in. After the bath, we went to the large private room of the Chinese restaurant. Another highlight of this trip is the butler service. Xiao Luo, the butler assigned to us, added WeChat when we checked in, and I also used WeChat to contact and book the private room after we went out. He was very serious and enthusiastic, helped us upgrade the private room, and responded to any questions we had. The dishes and taste of the Chinese restaurant are much better than the reviews on Dianping! And the service in the private room is very good! It far exceeded my expectations! Each dish is large and delicious, and dishes and drinks are also sent. Auntie's service is full marks! Our friends were very satisfied with the return trip and agreed to stay at this hotel again next time. It is suitable for staying for more than two nights.

The hotel in the center of city, with long history and same condition. Next time I would choose something not such traditional. Nevertheless, food location around is somebtibg what I love.

The location is great, close to the river bank and shopping/dining destinations. One of the most courteous service staff I’ve ever seen. Everyone was so polite and helpful, even the cleaning lady in the lobby area. Eden at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there during my next trip to Ningbo.

Fantastic stay! I spent a weekend and would definitely do it again. The room is spacious, clean and very beautiful. The view is breathtaking, if you’re a content creator like me you definitely should book yourself a stay here, there’s lot of attractive spaces to capture.Staff was very friendly, I ordered room service and had no issues, staff could speak English. I would definitely recommend this hotel ❤️
