You can watch the sunrise from most rooms and by the pool. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is recommended that those who are physically fit can complete the 10-kilometer hike from Fira to Oia. There are beautiful scenery along the way. It is recommended to start walking slowly after lunch, and you can have a drink and watch the sunset when you arrive in Oia.

Lia was amazing! She is so friendly and helpful. If you ever want to hire a reliable employee with great customer service skills, look no further, Lia is your answer. My stay at Rocabella has been wonderful. When I arrived, Lia told me they had a special surprise for me…that my room was upgraded. I couldn’t believe it! The daily housekeeping was great, they cleaned and tidy the room like I had not been there the night before. The breakfast options were unbelievable and delicious. You order your breakfast over the phone and the kitchen will deliver to your room within minutes. I was there late February, so it is not as busy as the summertime. So, things might be different during busy season. I will definitely recommend Rocabella to any of my friends and families that are going to Santorini.

They were very nice and make you feel like home all the time, always smiling :) The room was very clean and nice, they gave me a very small room because I was alone but on the reservation it was a triple room. Anyway I didnt complain, it was fine. The pool is nice, the location is in the middle of the island so far and close to everywhere. But theres a bus station a minute from the hotel and also other options to eat around, if yu dont wanna eat in the hotel. I had checkin in the morning and they offer me to leave my luggage on the hotel cause my flght was in the night and before going to airport they gave me towel and soap for a shower after all the day out. It was beyond my expectations, very happy for my stay there. I 100% recommend this place

The breakfast variety is not very much, but overall it is okay. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is in a great environment. It should be a good hotel in Fira. The room is large. The equipment is generally not equipped with a socket. The tap water is salty and has a relationship with the whole island. There are only blankets for quilts that no one likes. Overall it is recommended to stay.

The location, the service, the cleanliness of the room, and the breakfast - everything was amazing! The hotel was conveniently located just one minute from the main street in Oia, so I was grateful that I could return to the hotel for a short rest when I got tired. I was also very impressed with the female staff member who assisted me at check-in and check-out, who was very friendly and helpful. As you can see from the photo, the room was elegant and clean like an urban hotel, and I really liked it. The breakfast was just as satisfying as the luxury hotel I stayed at the previous night, with a larger selection than I expected, and everything was delicious. This is a hotel I would definitely like to stay at again when I'm in Oia. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you!

The breakfast at the hotel was great. The hotel staff were very friendly. In the evening, I had a good time talking with the two girls at the bar by the pool. 2 minutes from the hotel to the tourist area in the heart of the town. There are so many blue-roofed churches here, and the scenery is charming. This is the central area of the Holy Island. There is a bus to go to most of the attractions of the Holy Island. It is a convenient transit point.

The hotel is located at the entrance of FIRA town, not far from the bus station, 15 minutes walk, but it is a bit tiring to climb the slope, and the road is a bit bumpy, but the transportation is convenient. It is very convenient to go from the hotel to the bus station and take a bus to OIA town, red beach and black beach, dock airport, etc. The hotel room has an unbeatable view, especially the restaurant and terrace on the ground floor, where you can dine directly facing the crater sea, and you can also see the large buildings built along the cliff of FIRA town. The hotel room facilities are complete, and the front desk service attitude is very good, but the hotel does not provide battery cars to pick up guests to the bus station, and the service is a bit lacking. Hotel was just 15 min away from Fira and convenient to move about. I stayed at the traditional windmill room. Stairs were so high and so difficult to get to the room at 2nd floor. Toilet was extremely cramped and using the toilet bowl was such a hassle even for an average frame of mine. Hotel should look into it and make some changes. Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Santorini.

Everything was perfect, the view was fantastic and the breakfast was so delicious. The hotel is not far from the Airport and there’s a shuttle bus to Fira. The most impressive is the service of the hotel staff provided, every staff were well trained,especially Mr. Vagos, he provide an exceptional service, he help us a lot with patience and always with a big smile. Mr. Vagos is definitely a valuable asset to the hotel. I will definitely come back to the hotel next time.

The location of the hotel has nothing to say. It is located in the center of Fira Town, on a cliff overlooking the Aegean Sea, 200 meters from the Blue Top Church and the surrounding transport, restaurants, car rentals, etc. All are white stone buildings, the breakfast room is on the outside terrace and the pool and terrace have very good views. The staff is warm and the hotel is clean and hygienic. However, it is recommended not to book an economy double room as much as possible as the windows are particularly small and not open to the outside. The windows face the corridor. The whole room is very humid, has no comfort and the area is particularly small. If economic conditions allow, it is better to book a superior room or a room with a sea view.
