Location is quite far from the airport but is good coz it is surrounded by groceries, food stalls, bus and MRT stations. Hotel is quite old but is clean with good and just enough facilities (clean restrooms, beddings and towels, with TV, electric kettle and airconditioner).

Although the value hotel balestier is not near to mrt station but there is a bus stop in front of the hotel connect direct to Chinatown,Bugis,Orchard,zoo ,esplanades and etc.room is very small but clean and air conditioner is function well and cold.service is very good and they do refind the mineral water when asking.Staffs are friendly and helpful. good stay here and room rate is cheap

Overall good service by the staffs. But hard to ask assistance at night as room has no telephone. And counter has no one manning. Have to go to the hotel beside for assistance. But there was no disturbance otherwise.

It was many years back since I stayed here. Back then, I recall the service and amenities was all good. Now coming back again, everything was as good as ever and even better. The staff at the front desk was really nice to find a quiet spot at the room when I requested for one. He explained and showed me to my room and amenities and explain how the card key and lockers work. Very through. Thank you! The room and toilet area was clean. Everything was beyond my expectation except you can’t control when you have travelers who are noisy inside the room early in the morning while everyone else was asleep. Even when signs are placed to remind travelers to keep their noise level down.

I recently stayed at this capsule hotel in Singapore’s Chinatown, conveniently located near the MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel’s design was modern and compact, perfect for solo travelers looking for a budget-friendly option. However, my experience was marred by a couple of issues. First, the water heater in the shared bathroom was unreliable. During my stay, I found the water to be consistently cold, which made for an uncomfortable shower experience. After a long day of exploring, I was looking forward to a warm shower, but the cold water left my skin feeling dry and uncomfortable. Additionally, the noise levels in the hotel varied significantly, largely depending on other guests. While I understand that capsule hotels attract a diverse crowd, the sounds of talking and movement from the common areas often disrupted my sleep. It was a bit challenging to find a quiet moment, especially during the late evening when some guests were still socializing. On a positive note, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location in Chinatown offered plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The overall cleanliness of the facilities was commendable, and I appreciated the innovative capsule design. In summary, while the hotel has its advantages, such as location and design, the inconsistent hot water and potential noise issues could be deal-breakers for some. If you prioritize a peaceful and comfortable stay, you might want to consider these factors before booking.

first time trying this hotel , the place is convenient .. theres coffee shop and the bus stop is nearby not too far from home , the room is really clean even the toilet the front counter person is rlly welcoming especially the guy w pink shirt the housekeeper really did a good job , eventho we slept thr for 2nights they will still clean the room , amazing ＜3 really recommend this place !!

We, the three musketeers of my family again embarked on a south Asian voyage and again we landed at Singapore exactly an year after since our last visit. But unlike last time, when we came here along with a bunch of family members, this time we kept it short at just the three of us. Singapore as always is ever mesmerizing and the warmth of this visit him catapulted to another level owing to our accommodation option ie Hotel Arianna at Syed Alwi road, little India. Hotel Arianna is a budget option for travellers who don't want to splurge too much on accommodation. The rooms though a little small are super clean along with an attached washrooms. The hotel has got smiling and welcoming staff who make sure that our stay with them was super convenient and comfortable. The biggest advantage of this hotel is it's proximity to Metro Stations and also to Mustafa Shopping Centre. There is an array of eating joints, tourist destinations like Buggy's village, Orchard street etc near Hotel Arianna. To sum it up, hotel Arianna just left an unexpected impression upon us with its facilities, welcoming and super friendly staff and off course it's super clean rooms.

Staff: Monotonous. Room 304: Comfortable bed, window view, clean, and super cold air-conditioning. Amenities: Vending machine selling cold/hot drinks, hotel lobby has 2 lifts. Good Stuff • Approximately 10mins walking distance to the nearest train station Aljunied station. • Approximately 5mins walking distance to nearest bus stop. • Nearby 23hrs halal makan place, ABC Bistro Restaurant. • Nearby 24hrs supermarket, Sheng Siong. • Alot of fruit vendors are selling along the road, especially if you're into Durian. • WiFi connection was smooth. Bad Stuff • Toilet doesn't have a bidet, you need to use the shower head. • Low quality towel where the water doesn't easily soak. • Doesn't have a bathroom floor mat. • Air-conditioning is still super cold even after setting the temperature to 32°C max. • Blanket fit for one adult body. • Lift closes dangerously fast. • Glass cups have stains in it. • No toiletries, only bodywash.

Will surely recommend this hotel. I booked 4 rooms for me and my family. Service and location are good. Near to bus stop and MRT stations, very convenient for us to take the public transport. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are alot of hawkers nearby to choose from. Staff are friendly and approachable. Room size is quite spacious for 2 people and 1 child. The beds are comfortable just right to have a good rest after a long day. They provide basic amenities. And there's a fridge too. I think it would better if there's another rubbish bin near the toilet. Otherwise, our stay is memorable.

It was a pleasant surprise for me, neat and clean with a silent environment, I enjoyed my stay in Kokotel hotel.
