It is best to come in the morning when there are fewer people. It is not recommended to climb over the guardrail for photos. Fujiazhuang Park is 1.5 kilometers east of the best viewing point. It is a rare free beach in the urban area of Dalian (not Shashidi). On summer weekends, it is as crowded as dumplings in a pot. Actually, there is a luxurious hotel under the Marriott brand on the west side of the best viewing point—The Castle Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Dalian. If you don't mind spending money, you can stay here, and the photos taken here are very picturesque. 200 meters further west is Xinghai Square, which hosts a beer festival. The Centennial City Sculpture on the south side of the square is also a good place to feed seagulls. If you want to take photos, don't come in the afternoon, as there are more people than seagulls.
