Chimelong Safari Park Travel Guide🐾 Preparation - Tickets: Standard tickets for Chimelong Safari Park are CNY 300 for regular days, CNY 210 for children/seniors, and CNY 240 for teenagers. Standard tickets for special days are CNY 350, CNY 245 for children/seniors, and CNY 280 for teenagers. We recommend booking in advance on the official website or a travel platform. - Opening hours: 09:00–18:30. Opening hours may vary on special days such as July–August and public holidays. Please check in advance. - Items: Prepare comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, a moderate amount of water, and snacks. - App: Download the official Chimelong app to check maps, show times, and queue times. Transportation Chimelong Safari Park is located at 299 Hanxi Avenue East, Panyu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. You can take bus 304/562 to Chimelong Xiangjiang Safari Park or take Metro Line 3 to Hanxi Changlong Station, Exit E, and transfer to the free shuttle bus. Tour routes - North Gate route: Enter through the North Gate to Swan Lake Square to see the swans. Then take the train to start your safari tour. We recommend sitting on the right side, as there are more animals. Then visit Jurassic Forest, Rainforest Adventure, Golden Snake Secret, Giraffe Square, Koala House, Chimelong Panda Center, Elephant Park, and White Tiger Mountain. Exit through the South Gate. - South Gate route: Enter through the South Gate to Panda Paradise, home to the panda triplets. Then take the cable car. You can choose the park loop or Swan Lake line. After getting off the cable car, you can feed the swans at the Swan Lake feeding platform. Shows - White Tiger Show: At White Tiger Mountain, 11:30–17:00, every half hour. See tigers jumping and swimming. - Elephant Show: 12:30 and 15:00. See elephants dancing, painting, and more. - Huaguo Mountain Theater Show: See a wonderful show with many famous stars. Check the signs in the park for specific times. Dining recommendations The park has White Tiger Restaurant, Panda Restaurant, and more. White Tiger Restaurant's grilled wings and curry fish balls are popular, and Panda Restaurant is also worth a try. However, dining in the park is expensive, so you can also bring your own snacks.
