Celebrated a friend's birthday at this Chinese restaurant, which boasts a spacious and hygienic environment. There is a variety of teas/herbal teas to choose from; we picked the White Peach Oolong, which had a sweet fragrance and a subtle peach aroma. Shrimp Toast The shrimp toast was fried to a golden crisp, using whole large prawns that were fresh and plump, offering a mouthful of shrimp in each bite. Flamed Traditional Roast Pork Belly The staff lit the dish on fire right at the table, releasing an enticing aroma before even tasting it. The pork belly was thickly cut with layers of fat and lean meat, and a layer of osmanthus honey on top added a refreshing fragrance. Crispy Pork Trotter The pork trotter had a crispy texture and was chewy, with skin rich in collagen. Stir-fried Large Intestines with Chili Peppers The large intestines were round and plump, soft and tender, and even more appetizing when stir-fried with chili peppers. Crab Meat on Seasonal Vegetables The dish was loaded with crab meat, offering a generous amount of protein, and the vegetables were fresh and tender. Rich Man's Fried Rice The fried rice was well-cooked, with distinct grains and full of wok hei. It was stir-fried with rich and savory salted egg yolk, making it very flavorful. Red Rice Strawberry Roll Not too sweet, it had a refreshing taste and a chewy texture.
