West Kowloon Cultural District: Gourmet Food Trucks, Experience the History and Culture of Hong Kong.

The West Kowloon Cultural District is located at the southern tip of the West Kowloon Reclamation Area, offering about 23 hectares of public space. There are also a number of gourmet food trucks parked in the cultural district, providing visitors with a special culinary experience. There are plenty of seats provided near the food trucks, so everyone can sit down and enjoy their food at leisure. Bazhen Sauce Garden Food Truck: The Bazhen Sauce Garden is a time-honored brand established in 1932. The food truck makes good use of locally brewed sauces to create a series of Hong Kong-style dishes, allowing people to experience the history and culture of Hong Kong while enjoying delicious food. Big Brother Food Truck: The food truck features American-style bao as its signature dish, stuffing Chinese and Western meats and ingredients into soft, steamed buns, truly filled with the traditional flavors of China.
